LET JESUS WASH YOUR FEET!

Can you ever imagine the Lord wanting to wash your feet? Peter had shocked reaction —“Lord, how can you wash my feet!”—This would be yours reaction too.

Notice what the Lord said to him: “Peter, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.” What the Lord was actually saying to Peter was, “Peter, you cannot flow together with Me, you cannot walk together with Me in ministry, in service and in effectiveness, if you don’t let Me wash your feet.” So Peter said, “Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head.” (John 13:9)!

But Jesus answered him saying, “He that is washed needeth not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean.” (John 13:10).

Once we have accepted Christ as our Lord and Savior, we are bathed all over, and cleansed by His blood once and for all eternity! His blood has perfected us forever ( Hebrews 10:14), and we only need to wash our feet because we walk in the world and our feet pick up dust and dirt, causing us to stumble.

So how is Jesus washing our feet today? Ephesians 5:25–26 tells us that “ Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word.”

We, the church, are cleansed with the washing of water by the Word. The more we come under anointed teaching that unveils Christ through the Word, the more the cleansing goes on. And as our feet are washed, instead of stumbling, we will be walking and even running!

Today, though high and lifted up in heaven, Jesus is King. Like a servant who uses his girdle as a towel to serve, Jesus wants us to sit down and let Him serve us—by washing our feet with a deeper revelation of Himself through His Word.

Church, this is what gives us victory in our daily walk!

PRAYER & DECLARATION

Dear Jesus, thank you for serving me through your world. This is my pleasure to receive service from you. Your word really washes my feet every day! Your word is truth and by truth I am sanctified! Nothing can get me dirty for forever because your word is wonderful cleaner of my soul, Amen!

यीशु को अपना पांव धोने दे!

क्या आप कभी यह कल्पना कर सकते है कि प्रभु यीशु आपका पांव धोना चाहता हो? पतरस की प्रतिक्रिया चकित कर देने वाली थी- “प्रभु आप मेरे पांव कैसे धो सकते है!”- आपकी भी यही प्रतिक्रिया होगी।

ध्यान दे कि प्रभु ने पतरस से क्या कहाः “पतरस, यदि मैं तुझे न धोऊं, तो मेरे साथ तेरा कुछ भी साझा नहीं।” प्रभु यीशु यहा यह कह रहा था कि “पतरस, तुम मेरे साथ कार्य नहीं कर सकते, तुम मेरे साथ मेरी सेवकाई में भाग नहीं ले सकते और ना ही मेरे प्रभाव मे और ना ही सेवा कार्य में।” तो पतरस ने कहा, “प्रभु तो मेरे पांव ही नहीं, वरन हाथ और सिर भी धो दे”(यूहन्ना 13:9)!

मगर यीशु ने उसको यह कहते हुए उत्तर दिया कि “जो नहा चुका है, उसे पांव के सिवा और कुछ धोने का प्रयोजन नहीं; परन्तु वह बिलकुल शुद्ध हैः और तुम शुद्ध हो”(यूहन्ना 13ः9)।

एक बार जब हम प्रभु यीशु को ग्रहण कर लेते है, तो हमारा पुरा स्नान हो गया होता है और हम उसके लहु के द्वारा अनंत काल के लिए शुद्ध हो जाते हैं! उसके लहु ने हमें हमेशा के लिए शुद्ध कर दिया है(इब्रानियों 10:14), और हमें अपने केवल अपने पांव धोने की जरूरत है क्योंकि हम इस संसार में चलते है और इस संसार की गंदगीया कई बार हमारे पांवो में आ जाती है, जिसके कारण हम गीड़ भी जाते है।

तो आज कैसे यीशु मसीह हमारे पांव को धोता है? इफिसियों 5:25-26 हमे बताता है कि “मसीह ने भी कलीसिया से पे्रम करके अपने आपको उसके लिये दे दिया कि उस को वचन के द्वारा जल के स्नान से शुद्ध करके पवित्र बनाए।

हम कलीसिया, वचन के द्वारा जल के स्नान से शुद्ध होते है। जितना ज्यादा हम अभिषिक्त शिक्षा के अधीन में आकर मसीह को उसके वचन के द्वारा जानते है उतना ही हम शुद्ध होते है। और जैसे ही हमारा पांव धुल जाता है, हम आगे चलने को और दौड़ने को भी तैयार हो जाते है!

आज भले ही यीशु ऊपर स्र्वग में ऊचा उठाया गया हो और राजा हो। तब भी वह एक ऐसे सेवक के समान हमारे समान खड़ा है जो अपने हाथों पर कपड़े लिए, हमारे हाथ और पांवों को धोना चाहता हो। वह हमारी सेवा अपनी गहरी प्रकाशन के द्वारा पांव धोकर करना चाहता है।

चर्च, इसके द्वारा ही आप प्रत्येक दिन अपने जीवन में विजय जीवन जी सकते है!

प्रार्थना और घोषणा

प्यारे यीशु, आपको धन्यवाद मुझे अपने वचन के द्वारा सेवा प्रदान करने के लिए। यह मेरा सौभाग्य है कि मैं आपके सेवा को अपने जीवन में प्राप्त करू! आपका वचन सच में मेरे पांव को प्रत्येक दिन धोता है। आपका वचन सत्य है और सत्य के द्वारा मै शुद्ध हुँ! कोई भी चिज मुझे हमेशा के लिए अशुद्ध नहीं बना सकती क्योंकि उसका वचन मेरे प्राण के लिए अद्भुद क्लीनर है! आमीन!
